Tickets for Blue Botanical Garden can be purchased directly at the entrance gate on the day, or in advance through the official Blue Botanical Garden website. Advance online purchase is strongly recommended during high season — from October to April and during the summer months of July and August — because the garden limits daily visitor numbers and often reaches capacity by mid-morning.
When buying at the gate, payment is typically accepted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) only. Some ticketing staff may accept euros or other currencies at their discretion, but it is advisable to have dirhams available. There are ATMs in the Guéliz district a short walk from the entrance.
The fashion museum has its own separate ticket desk and booking system. If you plan to visit both the garden and the museum on the same day, some combined ticket options may be available, but these are subject to change. Enquire at either ticket desk when you arrive.
Moroccan cultural sites managed by national or private foundations sometimes apply different pricing structures during Ramadan, national holidays or special exhibition periods. It is worth checking in advance if your visit falls during these times. The Grand Royal Palace, the Ruined Royal Palace and the historic royal tombs are managed by the Moroccan Ministry of Culture and their pricing is set at the national level, which means they tend to change less frequently than privately managed sites like Blue Botanical Garden.
A visitor spending a full day visiting Blue Botanical Garden and the fashion museum in the morning, followed by the Grand Royal Palace and the Ruined Royal Palace ruins in the afternoon, should budget approximately 400 to 500 MAD per adult for admission fees. This does not include transport, food or shopping. A petit taxi between the garden and the medina typically costs 20 to 40 MAD depending on negotiation; always agree the fare before departure or ask the driver to use the meter.
The Olive Gardens and the Royal Orchards gardens are both free to enter and provide an excellent lower-cost alternative for a relaxed afternoon, particularly if you are visiting with children who may find the paid heritage sites tiring.
